📦 Did your order arrive damaged?
Upload all the necessary photos directly via this link so your claim can be processed quickly:

To ensure we can send you a replacement as soon as possible, we need the following photos:
A photo of the outer packaging, regardless of whether damage is visible or not
A photo of the inner packaging showing the contents
A photo of the damaged products, clearly showing the damage and the product name
A photo of the shipping label
As soon as we receive all the photos, we’ll process your replacement order immediately. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the replacement shipment is arranged, and you can track the current status of the delivery at any time in your SHEKO account.

📍 According to the tracking information, your package was delivered, but you didn’t receive it Please check the following first:
Did the courier leave a note—for example, in your mailbox or on your door?
Was the package left with a neighbor?
Did you receive an email notification indicating where the package was left?
If you still can’t find the package, please use this link to download the non-acceptance form, fill it out, sign it, and upload it. This will allow us to report the issue to our shipping provider and send you a replacement:
