Not a fan of milk or prefer to prepare SHEKO with a different base?

Our shake is designed to be consumed with organic semi-skimmed fresh milk (1.5% fat). This is the only way it contains all the valuable nutrients you need as a meal replacement (and this is also how it tastes best). 🥛😋


Why do we recommend low-fat milk? 🧐

Of course, you can also prepare the shake with milk alternatives. However, the fundamental problem for us is that there are no legally defined nutritional values for milk alternatives such as oat milk or coconut milk. This means that each manufacturer is free to decide how much sugar and which nutrients to add. For low-fat milk (1.5%), this standardization exists through the Federal Food Code. This allows us to calculate exactly and state on our cans the nutritional information of the prepared shake with low-fat milk (1.5%). Unfortunately, this is not possible for milk alternatives. 🥲
