You placed an order and changed your mind shortly afterwards?

To ensure every order ships as quickly as possible, we begin packing immediately after purchase. As a result, whether we can still cancel your order depends on how far along we are in the preparation process.
💡 Haven't received a shipping confirmation yet? Then we might still be in time! Drop us a message at [email protected] with your order number and your cancellation request. We'll check whether we can still step in. ⏱️
Please keep in mind that we handle requests in the order they come in, so we can't always get back to you right away.
📦 Already received your shipping confirmation? Unfortunately, at this point, cancelling your order is no longer possible. Don't worry, we have two solutions for you:
Option 1: You can refuse to accept the package directly at the door or via shipment tracking – completely free of charge.
Option 2: If it is not possible to refuse delivery, you are welcome to return the package to us. Please note that in this case, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
