Our goal is to offer you lightning-fast shipping. 📦
That's why we forward your order to our warehouse immediately after receipt, where our hard-working helpers pack and ship it as quickly as possible.
What can you do now?
We have two possible solutions for you:
- Option: You can refuse to accept the package directly at the door or via shipment tracking – completely free of charge.
- Option: If it is not possible to refuse delivery, you are welcome to return the package to us. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Did you order from the Swiss shop 🇨🇭? Then you will find the return information on the delivery note in your package.
