Didn't receive an order confirmation/ Was my order received successfully?Updated 10 hours ago

Not sure if we got your order?


Here's what you can do:

  1. Check your SHEKO account to make sure your order shows up there.
  2. See if you got an order confirmation email. Also, check your spam folder.
  3. If the order is not visible in your account and you have not received an order confirmation, check whether a payment has been debited from your account (except for Klarna invoice purchases).


If you have not received an order confirmation and your order is not visible in your SHEKO account, even though payment has been made or you have chosen Klarna invoice purchase, please contact us and provide us with the email address you used when placing your order.


We will review your request as soon as possible and get back to you right away! 😃☀️
