Order has not been progressing for days - Where is my package?Updated 10 hours ago

You have received a shipping confirmation, but your SHEKO package has not arrived for days?


We are very sorry and understand how frustrating this can be! 😕


Please be patient. Often it is just a small delay in delivery and the shipment status will be updated soon.


If your shipment status has still not changed after 5 business days (and 7 business days for international shipments), please fill out this form. We will then contact DHL immediately to resolve the issue so that you can hopefully receive your SHEKO package soon.


Is your SHEKO package being returned?


Sometimes there may be a small error in the delivery address or the package may not have been picked up from the packing station within 7 days.


If you still want to receive the package, please fill out this form. We will then resend your SHEKO package as soon as possible.
