Are you wondering whether Crohn's disease is compatible with SHEKO?
We have regular customers with Crohn's disease who drink SHEKO regularly and get on well with it.
Important: There are two phases of Crohn's disease.
The remission phase: During the remission phase, a gentle and anti-inflammatory diet is important. This includes oats, probiotics, low-fat foods (e.g., low-fat milk), and oats. You are welcome to drink our SHEKO shake during this phase!
And then there is the acute phase: People with Crohn's disease often suffer from nutrient deficiencies. This nutrient deficiency, which can be triggered by the disease, means that your body lacks essential vitamins such as iron, calcium, electrolytes, vitamin B12, and fat-soluble vitamins. You should include these in your diet or take supplements. During the acute phase, lactose intolerance may occur, depending on the course and stage of the disease.
Since we do not know and cannot assess the exact stage of your disease, we would ask you to consult with your trusted doctor to find the perfect solution for you. 🥰
